Additionally, each tank of liquid is equipped with a reflux device to maximize the utilization rate of the tank liquid.

2. The workpieces are hung vertically, improving the hanging efficiency of the entire conveyor line while relatively reducing the on-site footprint. The workpieces are transported using a translation up and down material conveyor, significantly reducing the difficulty of loading and unloading long workpieces and improving work efficiency.

3. The tunnel drying furnace is used for drying, which is conducive to the heating and emission of moisture from wet workpieces.

4. The spraying system adopts two sets of internal spray reciprocators and two sets of external spray reciprocators, which can meet the needs of internal spraying and external spraying of pipe workpieces at the same time. The recycling uses a secondary recycling system of large cyclone + filter element, combined with the complete PP powder room structure, which not only improves the efficiency of primary powder application, but also realizes the need for rapid color change.

5. The spray gun adopts 20 sets of Debelle spray guns (model V12). Features: Strong static electricity and high efficiency of powder application at one time.
